Citizen X Must Admit his Folly Soon

Back in May of 2008 , advocate for Ronald Weinland, Citizen X made the following statement on his post “Scoffers and Mockers who are willingly ignorant.” :

“If he is not the true prophet of God than I must surely be insane because all my logic and life and my mind agrees with him. If he is wrong than I am wrong and will admit my insanity when he claims he is a false prophet.”

I agree one hundred percent with you, truthseaker. I am extremely careful about this type of stuff, and am over cautious for false prophets.

And it’s just like other people have said. There is nothing that I can point to to validate Weinland, however everything he says simply makes sense. It’s really that simple. And so I am willing to take a chance – I’m not going to commit to him, but I’ll give him a chance to be proven right or wrong. And just like you, I will be the first to admit my folly if I’m convinced he’s a false prophet. But like I keep saying in my posts, it’s too early to tell.

—-[Citizen X also made the following statement in his blog “Ronald Weinland and the Final Test of a Prophet -The Weinland Window” in August 0f 2008]:

And RWs words remain. The name of his book was “Endtime 2008 – Gods Final Witness”. Regardless of what has happened in the past, this is make or break time.

I had wished to have this resolved by now. However, as I stated before, there is still a possibility that RW is truly a prophet of God. There is a possibility he erred in predicting events prematurely, just as there is a possibility God was using his mistake to test the faith of the people.

Ronald Weinland has declared the final timing of the events prophesied in “The Prophesied End-Time” and “Endtime 2008 – Gods Final Witness”. The events are listed below:

  • September 30 – 1335 Days
  • November 14 – 1290 Days
  • December 14 – 1260 Days

According to this timeline, December 14 is the key date. That is when, according to Ronald Weinland, Great Tribulation begins. He is also standing by his statement that there will be no new president sworn into office. Those are several verifiable predictions. (Folks , we are not in the Great Tribulation, it is the most horrific time in human history. Anyway, what happened to the first half? I must have slept through it and missed the Anti Christ taking power. Seriously, people need to read their Bibles. In addition, we do have a new President. …More failed prophecies as usual…I find it shocking. )

[ In his most recent blog on February 23 , “The Weinland Judgment- Ronald Weinland and the Revealing of a Prophet” Citizen X says the following ]:

According to Ronald Weinland, the First Trumpet(December 14th) is a process that unfolds over 45-90 days. Therefore, the entire world should witness the destruction spoken of in 2008 – Gods Final Witness before March 15th if Ronald Weinland is truly a prophet of God and one of the two end-time witnesses spoken of in Revelation.

For many, 03/15 will come as a relief. The undecideds and open-minded people genuinely hungry for the truth have yearned for a resolution to this issue for quite some time now. While the Weinland-haters prattled on in their echo chambers, genuinely openminded folk thirsted for the truth.(this is an inane comment – try the Bible folks, not some lunatic’s “prophecies “ )

The Weinland Witness Statement of Discernment:

If we witness a destructive event of such magnitude that it causes the deaths of tens of thousands of people and the death of a 1/3rd of all plant life before March 15, Ronald Weinland is a true prophet of God and one of the two witnesses spoken of in Revelation. If no such event occurs, he is not

Since none of Ronald Weinland’s predictions have come true so far, it looks like Citizen X will be either insane or a fool. The next prediction, 45-90 days out from December 14, is massive global destruction set to occur by the latest date of March 15th. The final prediction in “2008 God’s Final Witness ” is that in 6 months, after the fall of 2008, the United States will no longer be an independent nation; it will have collapsed as a World Power. This coming June, will Citizen X admit his insanity/ folly or will he follow in the footsteps of his darling, Ron? I think we already know the answer. However , it will be interesting to see if a statement or post is made at that time.

–One must keep in mind Ronald Weinland has already made statements recently that ” it could be a year before thunders intensify” . Also, in some circles within COG-PKG it was expected that the Second Trumpet (nuclear explosions) would occur within 45 to 90 days in the second time line (Dec. 14th). From the pulpit, again, Ron has moved expectations out beyond that (Ron said ” it could take up to a year and so what” ) . I guess we’ll see, in three more weeks when March 15th comes and then goes.

To me that says Ronald is preparing his gullible followers for a third timeline that could begin in 2010. He is inadvertently admiting his book “2008 God’s Final Witness” was a complete bust. Of course it won’t be “official” until this June.—

Am I riddled with anxiety about the upcoming destruction by March 15th. Can you the reader say a resounding NO for me. Do I fear the United States will collapse as an Independent Nation by June? No way! This is not because I’m not open minded to the “truth”, I am just not foolhardy and gullible.

Tick tock Citizen X and Weinland followers. March 15th ,then June, will be here before you know it

  1. just heard the McConnel interview. 3/6/09 10:00am Very funny! Mike asked RW what about the other prophets out there?
RW’s reply: “we’ll just have to see if there prophesies come true. That is how you determine if they are false or not.”

Update for RW…Hello! Yours have not been coming true and you just making excuses for it!

  2. Zerubbabel, Thanks for the update on R W. — He is either loony or a hypocrite trying to make a name for himself—–What’s more unbelievable is that he still has a following. These people are gullible and silly.

  3. No kidding its just incredible how gullable these people are. The man could’nt be more false. Not one thing came true, not ONE!!!!!!!!!!!. Please post the link to the McConnel interview.

  5. One day left until massive destruction folks…the sweat is just rolling down my face. Seriously, I can’t wait to see Citizen X ‘s next post as I already know ,that by tomorrow ,nothing horrible will have transpired—-

  6. That which slaps you repeatedly in the face should not be denied. The ever patient Weinland Witness appears on the brink of acknowledging what we mockers already know – that Ron Weinland is no more a Witness of Revelation than I am an overweight Vegas show girl.

Here’s the funny thing though – Citizen X, author of the Weinland Witness, hasn’t been listening to the prophet he’s been more or less defending. (That’s just too good! Hee-Hee) Citizen X, whose patience I admire more than his stubborn neutrality, is a couple of sermons behind and has thus failed to keep up with Ron’s ephemeral and shifting finish line. Seems he was also misled by Ron’s ‘inspired’ book which stated directly that the burning up of the grass and trees would be physical and that that destruction would fall upon the US and Canada.(Yawn) Citizen X has failed to to keep up with Ron’s ever increasing light. (See Ron’s Great Tribulation Delays Again, below.)

Back in December, Ron changed the meaning of burning trees and grass to… what amounts to a spiritual forrest fire (the humbling of people by God according to Witness Ron). Ron says ‘God gave this to him.’ Thus, that potential proof has been spiritualized away.

We’ll see if Citizen X repents and moves his understanding into agreement with Ron’s ever increasing light – remember, Ron is God’s Prophet and we can only understand the things of God by listening humbly to Ron. That means shifting your beliefs to what Ron is saying this week even if it contradicts what he said last week or what he wrote ‘under inspiration by God’. (Word.)

I think it will take some humility (from Ron’s perspective) on Citizen X’s part to get in line with the prophet he has been defending. Some of X’s commenters are already accepting Ron’s latest prophetic shifts.

Rlee64- prophets don’t err when it comes to prophecy. Yet, you overlook that.

Think-differently- you think just the same, as in not for yourself – failing to use your God given powers of reason and the very test for determining the legitimacy of a prophet He himself has given. Tsk, tsk.

Tick Tock, Ron. Your time runneth short.

  7. well, here it is, 3/15/09….of course nothing happened.
I don’t think X will comment on it though. His post even says that there will be nothing left to say if nothing happens.
I would still like X to say, “yes, RW is a false prophet.” But he prefers to play it safe by sitting on the fence.

  8. Zerubbabel, thanks for the comment. I know you are right…no big shock… Citizen X is like his darling Ron…it makes me wonder who he really is…hmm . At the very least X is stringing along the followers of his post due to pride. Seriously, we need to pray for them all….that they will accept Jesus as LORD and SAVIOR ( not RW ).

  9. Jasmine,
yep, it angers me to see people blinded by the bs when scripture clearly debuncts all the nonsense. I am guilty of getting caught up in my emotions over the claims of RW and X.
You are 100% correct. We do need to pray for these people to see the Jesus Christ is THE WAY to our salvation. May we also stay humble enough to never forget that we also need Jesus just as much as anyone else.

  10. Current information [on R W] from Jack’s blog. Very interesting read. I also have 2 new post up on the Deity of Jesus.

Straight from the mouth of Jesus Christ
Ronald Weinland, you should read Matthew 9:13:

“Go and learn what this means, ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”

    You Have Crossed The Line
On the fourteenth day of March, 2009, Ronald Weinland revealed what spirit it is that dwells within him. He devoted almost his whole sermon to explain what Jesus really meant when he said:
    Before Abraham was, I am.
Ron says because the Jews said “he has a demon”, Jesus allowed them to think whatever they wanted to think, in effect saying that Jesus didn’t mean it when he said “Before Abraham was, I am”. The Word of God is Faithful and True, and cannot be deceptive because deception is a lie, and in the truth there is no lie.

March 14th sermon 1:32:50 Ronald Weinland begins his sorcery:

“Said the Jews unto him again you are not fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham? and Jesus said unto him verily, verily, I say unto you before Abraham was, I am. So he allowed them to believe what they wanted to believe all the way through this discourse over and over again. He allowed them to believe what they wanted to believe. What’d they wanna believe? That he couldn’t be a God, that he’s a Samaritan and that he had a demon (laughs) ya know. or demons. Incredible. They’re gonna believe what they wanna believe anyway. Isn’t that the way it is?”

Ronald Weinland, you want me to believe that Jesus said something that was not true because “They’re gonna believe what they wanna believe anyway.”, or that Jesus wanted the Jews to think he had a demon? You are trying to hide the true gospel of Jesus Christ as delivered to us in the Holy Bible. Therefore I say let the will of the Almighty God our Father be done on earth as it is in heaven.

The Word of God is Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. Therefore let judgment be poured on Ronald Weinland in the same manner as was on Roderick Meredith. Make it a double draught so no more lies can come out of Ronald Weinland’s mouth. If that would be the will of God, I agree.

Anyone else agree that Ronald Weinland is a false prophet who uses sorcery to spread lies? Whether you believe in Jesus or are a skeptic, or an atheist, or a deceived follower of Ronald Weinland, I fully expect a reply from each mindset.

Jesus didn’t let them think He had a demon or that He was a liar! He told them He was before Abraham. He told them that He is I Am.
Ron is always busy at work explaining what the Bible really says!

Of course this subject, of Ron teaching that Jesus had a beginning is the first thing I covered on my blog, in; Did Jesus Have A Beginning. I show how easily this lie is disproved.
I also touch on this in Jesus Is Yahweh Too and Jesus Is The Creator.

It is upsetting when someone takes scripture and twists what it clearly says into something that makes no sense, and an outright lie.

That’s why I called it what it is. sorcery:the dark art of using many, many words to misdirect peoples thinking and accompanied with deceptive pantomime to support the lie.

To take it one step further from sorcery, do you ever get the feeling that Ronnie is being directed by demons? I mean, he can’t be THAT deluded to be making all this stuff up himself.

While I do not believe RW has a pentagram painted on his basement floor and recites incantations from the satanic bible on a full moon, I would not be surprised if the aforementioned were announced on the news some day.

It is very clear to me that he does not get what he is preaching from the Holy Spirit, or even common sense reading of the bible.

I didn’t mean that he actively worships Satan or anything, just that it’s entirely possible that a demon is masquerading as God, and is deceiving Ron.

That or this is just an elaborate moneymaking scheme.

I agree. He is getting his info from a voice inside his head or he is a con artist with no faith.

If it is a medical problem, there are medications to stop the voices. If he is a con artist, an extended stay in prison would only help him write another book.

All I know is that Satan LOVES to hear what Ronald Weinland is preaching because it takes focus off of Jesus Christ. That is why Ron Weinland is ratcheting up the rhetoric the last few weeks that continues to deny Jesus is God. That is exactly what the great false prophet in the book of Revelation does. Ron Weinland has more in common with the unclean spirits like frogs from Revelation than any prophet of God.

False he is, but I don’t think he is the false prophet from the Revelation. He would have to pull some greater tricks out of his hat for me to consider that.

He is definitely not the “spokesman of the two witnesses”, as he claims. Only someone ignorant of Revelation and with little common sense would believe he is who he claims to be.

I really hate to quote RW but, those who are following him “believe what they want to believe”.

Well, I don’t wish or pray for death or injury on anybody. The people at COG-PKG do that, and that is not the way I wish to be.

I also do not wish death or injury on anyone. I used the words “if it be the will of God” then of course, I agree. It was just an idea that came into my head about getting RW to shut up and stop causing such great harm to others.

I guess I was trying to show an example of everything that happens on earth is the will of God because He lets it happen. Like what happened to Rod. If one is against God then one deserves the judgment that happens. After all, I did quote “in righteousness he judges and makes war.”

Please don’t confuse me with PKG’ers who pray for death of others. I hope this clears up that. I will gladly explain further if you require.

  11. Think-differently ,( a commenter ) on Citizen X ‘s posts, is going to see red and leave for good (thank goodness ) . I say this because in his new post Citizen X says the following :

“As of today, March 23rd, we have witnessed no mass deaths. There have been no events of truly large destruction. We have not seen the annihilation prophesied by Ronald Weinland. The First Trumpet has been blown, and yet we have not seen verification of Weinland’s words, a key requirement for true prophethood.

A theoretical shifting of prophesied events is certainly plausible, although such incidences occurring in the Bible are rare. God has many reasons for his actions – from teaching mankind lessons to using mankind for powerful testimonies. However, it now appears as if everything Ronald Weinland said was incorrect, from the timing of the First Trumpet to the actual nature of the Trumpet itself. I simply cannot accept that a prophet of God would utter such a vast pronouncement that had no basis in fact whatsoever. Regardless of whether God granted more time, or is trying to teach a lesson, it appears inconceivable that he would allow a representative of his to utter such a sweeping prediction that did not come true in any aspect or form. The God of the Bible would not do that, and one must remain true to him first – man comes second.

The Weinland Witness Statement of Discernment remains. Ronald Weinland’s time has come and gone. He is a false prophet. False prophets come and go, but God’s word remains. His word is the same today, yesterday and forever.”
Citizen X has finally admitted the truth about Ronald Weinland.

    Comment by jasmine71 — March 24, 2009 @ 6:44 am

  12. i didn’t think X would…but indeed, he has finally come down on the side of the RW sceptics.
But the RW followers still refuse to doubt he is a witness.
I just pray God opens there eyes to see the truth and help them to keep their faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

  13. One last prophecy in Ron’s book to be proven false : The final prediction in “2008 God’s Final Witness ” is that in 6 months, after the fall of 2008, the United States will no longer be an independent nation; it will have collapsed as a World Power. In July, when this prophecy fails ( and it will ), Ron’s book will be a total bust. Sadly, his gullible followers, who are of a cult mindset, will still believe he is God’s end-time prophet ( imagine my eyes rolling ). Let us pray the LORD sets these captives free.
